Mark D. Obenshain

Mark D. Obenshain, with more than twenty years of litigation experience and nearly 100 jury Mark Obenshaintrials to his credit, serves as lead counsel in accident and injury litigation for clients in Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, in the Shenandoah Valley, and across Virginia. He began as a trial lawyer representing insurance companies, trucking companies and defendants personal injury lawsuits. After dozens of trials and many hundreds of cases, Mr. Obenshain now handles accident and personal injury cases exclusively on behalf of accident and injury victims.
